Ingredients

• 1 (750 ml) bottle eau de vie or 1 (750 ml) bottle vodka
• 5 sprigs rosemary (or thyme, marjoram, basil, etc.)

Recipe

• 1 pour out some of the eau-de-vie. drink it or put it aside!
• 2 put your herb of choice into the bottle.
• 3 close tightly and put it in a cool dark place.
• 4 allow to steep for at least 30 days.
• 5 enjoy!
