Pinot Nero Peaches

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 peaches
  • 1 bottle pinot nero wine
  • 2 lemons, zested
  • 6 tablespoons caster sugar

Recipe

  • 1 halve the peaches and remove the stones.
  • 2 cut into thin slices.
  • 3 put the peaches in a deep bowl, sprinkle with the sugar and zested lemon and add the wine.
  • 4 cover with clingfilm and leave to marinate for an hour in a cool place.
  • 5 serve in wine glasses.
