Mango Dip

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Recipe

  • 1 in saucepan, bring mango, water and sugar to a boil. reduce heat and simmer until reduced by half. add mint and vinegar.
  • 2 transfer to a blender and puree until smooth.
  • 3 fold whipped cream, one third at a time, into mango puree. refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
