Ingredients
- 6 ounces sugar
- 5 ounces hot water
- 12 ounces whiskey (poitin if you can get it)
- 28 ounces evaporated milk
- 50 ml cocoa
Recipe
- 1 dissolve the sugar with the hot water.
- 2 leave to cool.
- 3 add the whiskey then leave until cold.
- 4 mix the evaporated milk with the cocoa.
- 5 add to the cold mixture.
- 6 ready to drink immediately.
