Green Smoothie - For Beginner - No Pulp (blended)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup baby kale leaf
  • 1 large peach (fresh, frozen, canned)
  • 4 tablespoons plain fat-free yogurt
  • 7 -8 whole almonds

Recipe

  • 1 blend all the mentioned ingredients together into a smooth mixture.
  • 2 sieve and pour into a serving glass.
