Roman Soldier Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 5
- 4 ounces macaroni
- 8 ounces sweet italian sausage
- 8 ounces hamburger
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 8 ounces frozen vegetables
- 1 (7 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
- 10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoon all purpose greek seasoning
- 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 boil water and cook macaroni.
- 2 sautee sausage, hamburger, and onion until cooked.
- 3 add frozen vegetables, mushrooms, soup, and milk (i just fill the soup can up half way), and greek seasoning.
- 4 mix thoroughly and warm over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- 5 transfer to a casserole dish.
- 6 top with parmesean cheese and bake in a 350°f deg. oven for 30 minutes.
