Ingredients
- 375 g dark chocolate melts
- 100 g milk chocolate, broken into pieces
- 20 g copha
- 40 g butter
- 1 tablespoon dark cocoa
- 200 g small marshmallows
- 2/3 cup shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup sultana
- 100 g pecans
- 1 cup chopped nuts, of choice
Recipe
- 1 lace dark chocolate, milk chocolate, copha, and butter into a microwave safe jug. microwave uncovered on high for 3 minutes or until chocolate has softened. stir slowly and sift in the cocoa.
- 2 stir the chocolate until smooth, then transfer to a large mixing bowl.
- 3 add the marshmallows, coconut, sultanas, pecans and 3/4 cup of the chopped nuts. mix thoroughly.
- 4 press the mixture into a slice tin, spreading it out into the corners. scatter over the remaining nuts, lightly pressing them into the chocolate. refrigerate 15 minutes or until set.
- 5 remove from the slice tin and cut into small chunks to serve. dust with cocoa if desired.
