Sack Apple Pie

Ingredients
- 1 9" unbaked pie shell
- 3 -4 large baking apples
- 1/2 cup sugar (for filling)
- 2 tablespoons flour (for filling)
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup flour
Recipe
- 1 pare, core and quarter apples, then halve quarters crosswise to make 7 cups of chunks.
- 2 place in large bowl.
- 3 combine ½ cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, nutmeg and cinnamon.

- 12 bake at 425 for 1 hour.
