Round Steaks With Vegetables

Ingredients

- 12 new potatoes, sliced
- 10 ounces frozen peas and carrots
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 4 (4 ounce) round steaks
Recipe
- 1 cook steaks in a skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, 3-4 minutes or until done. place on serving plates.
- 2 combine potatoes, peas, carrots and water in the skillet. cover and cook 15 minutes, or until veggies are tender, stirring occasionally. drain; set aside.
- 3 melt butter in the skillet. stir in flour, salt, marjoram, pepper and milk. stirring frequently, cook until thick, 7-12 minutes. pour over steaks.
