Round Steaks With Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 12 new potatoes, sliced
  • 10 ounces frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 4 (4 ounce) round steaks

Recipe

  • 1 cook steaks in a skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, 3-4 minutes or until done. place on serving plates.
  • 2 combine potatoes, peas, carrots and water in the skillet. cover and cook 15 minutes, or until veggies are tender, stirring occasionally. drain; set aside.
  • 3 melt butter in the skillet. stir in flour, salt, marjoram, pepper and milk. stirring frequently, cook until thick, 7-12 minutes. pour over steaks.
