Ingredients
- 4 leaves fresh basil
- 20 rose petals (or 2 tablespoons rose water)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- lemon juice (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
Recipe
- 1 julienne the basil & rose petals. add remaining ingredients. mix well, chill & serve.
