Root Lamb Chops

Ingredients

- 4 lamb chops
- 3 (8 ounce) cans root
- 1 cup beef stock
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon chipotle hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 place lamb chops in a dish and pour 2 cans of root ove them.
- 2 place in fridge and let marinate for at least 2 hours.
- 3 remove from fridge and place the last can of root , beef stock, hot sauce and worcestershire sauce in a sauce pan over medium heat.
- 4 simmer the mix until it reduces until about 3/4 cup.
- 5 grill the lamb chops.
- 6 brush with the sauce the chops and grill for a couple more minutes.
- 7 remove from grill and brush any remaining sauce them.
