Ingredients
- 6 tea bags, rooibos
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 20 mint leaves
- sugar, to taste
- 1 gallon boiling water
Recipe
- 1 place teabags, lemon, mint leaves and sugar in a large pot, pour boiling water this and leave to steep.
- 2 stir occasionally until cold.
- 3 remove tea bags when tea is cold and refridgerate.
