Ingredients
- 4 large shallots, peeled
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 5 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 pinch cayenne
Recipe
- 1 place shallots and garlic on baking sheet and roast at 375 for 15 minutes. let cool slightly.
- 2 in a food processor, combine all ingredients. taste and adjust seasonings.
