Roasted Red Potatoes With Rosemary

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 -8 small red potatoes, quartered into 1/2 pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400*.
  • 2 combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to coat potatoes.
  • 3 transfer potatoes to a large baking sheet. roast 25-30 minutes or until tender and golden.
