- 6 -8 small red potatoes, quartered into 1/2 pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400*.
- 2 combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to coat potatoes.
- 3 transfer potatoes to a large baking sheet. roast 25-30 minutes or until tender and golden.
