Recipe
- 1 roast your red peppers as you normaly would, on the grill or in the oven.
- 2 place peppers in a bowl and cover with saran to sweat for about 15 minutes.
- 3 peel and seed the peppers.
- 4 puree the seeded peppers in the food processor till smooth.
