Sesame Noodle Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 8 ounces linguine
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce, i use kikoman light
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 5 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Recipe
- 1 cook linguini until al dente.
- 2 drain and rinse with cold water and drain again.
- 3 mix vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar.
- 4 place linguini in a large bowl and add green onions and toasted sesame seed.
- 5 pour on dressing and toss well and serve.
