Sesame Noodle Salad

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce, i use kikoman light
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 5 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Recipe

  • 1 cook linguini until al dente.
  • 2 drain and rinse with cold water and drain again.
  • 3 mix vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar.
  • 4 place linguini in a large bowl and add green onions and toasted sesame seed.
  • 5 pour on dressing and toss well and serve.
