Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cups carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted and chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- salt
Recipe
- 1 saute carrots, garlic and ginger in sesame oil, over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- 2 add sesame seeds.
- 3 cover and saute for another 3 minutes or until carrots are heated but still crisp.
- 4 serve.
