Sesame & Ginger Carrots

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted and chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 saute carrots, garlic and ginger in sesame oil, over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  • 2 add sesame seeds.
  • 3 cover and saute for another 3 minutes or until carrots are heated but still crisp.
  • 4 serve.
