Sesame Beets

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (16 ounce) can beets, drained
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons minced scallions
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place beets in a bowl. toss with lemon juice, vinegar, sesame seeds, scallions and sugar.
  • 2 add salt and pepper to taste. chill for 30 minutes before serving.
