Orange Sunburst

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 cup very fine sugar
• 2 large egg whites
• 4 oranges (chilled)
• 4 scoops vanilla ice cream

Recipe

• 1 make meringue batter from eggwhites & sugar.
• 2 with a sharp knife scoop out pulp from oranges.
• 3 fill each orange with icecream.
• 4 put a layer of meringue on top of each orange.
• 5 place under hot grill for 5-7 mins until toasted(do not allow to burn!).
