Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 cup very fine sugar
- 2 large egg whites
- 4 oranges (chilled)
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
Recipe
- 1 make meringue batter from eggwhites & sugar.
- 2 with a sharp knife scoop out pulp from oranges.
- 3 fill each orange with icecream.
- 4 put a layer of meringue on top of each orange.
- 5 place under hot grill for 5-7 mins until toasted(do not allow to burn!).
