Ingredients

- 1 big fresh pineapple, ripe
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Recipe
- 1 peel the pineapple.
- 2 remove the heart.
- 3 cut the rest of the pineapple in small pcs.
- 4 crush the ice.
- 5 use the blender to puree the chopped ice, the pineapple, sugar, and lemon juice.
- 6 freeze.
- 7 for best results, the pineapple should be very cold.
