Ingredients

- 6 peaches
- 1 bottle pinot nero wine
- 2 lemons, zested
- 6 tablespoons caster sugar
Recipe
- 1 halve the peaches and remove the stones.
- 2 cut into thin slices.
- 3 put the peaches in a deep bowl, sprinkle with the sugar and zested lemon and add the wine.
- 4 cover with clingfilm and leave to marinate for an hour in a cool place.
- 5 serve in wine glasses.
