Mango Ginger Sorbet ( Ice Cream Maker )

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 (14 ounce) package pureed mangoes, thawed if previously frozen (or 2 large mangoes, pureed)
- 1 lime, juice of
- 3/4 teaspoon fresh grated gingerroot
Recipe
- 1 dissolve the sugar in the water.
- 2 stir in the mango puree, lime juice, and ginger.
- 3 pour into ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturerâ??s instructions.
- 4 scrape into a container, seal tightly and let firm up in the freezer for about 3 hours before serving.
