Ingredients

- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash fresh ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl.
- 2 pour over chopped romaine lettuce, and mix well.
- 3 grind a bit of freshly ground pepper on top, and enjoy!
