Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3-1/2 cup olive oil
Recipe
- 1 whisk first 4 ingredients in medium bowl to blend. gradually whisk in oil.
- 2 season dressing to taste with salt and pepper. (can be prepared 8 hours ahead. cover and chill.
- 3 let stand at room temperature 15 minutes; rewhisk before using.).
