Ingredients

- 3 cups cooked rice
- 3 cups milk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 lemon, zest of, grated
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 combine rice and first 5 ingredients in a pot,cook on medium for 25 minutes until most liquid is absorbed add lemon zest and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
- 2 spoon into serving dish and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon.
