Rock N Roll Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup red vinegar
- 1 cup oil
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb fresh spinach
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1/2 lb cooked bacon, crumbled
Recipe
- 1 in a blender, pour vinegar, oil, ketchup, worcestershire, sugar, salt and onion. blend till smooth.
- 2 tear the spinach leaves in bite-sized pieces into a large bowl. toss in mushrooms, hard-cooked eggs, waterchestnuts and the crumbled bacon.
- 3 pour all the dressing over the salad and mix very well.
