- 1 small red pepper, chopped in 1-inch squares
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 dash salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 lemon, zest of
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 roast for 15 minutes, then toss and continue to roast for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
