S'mores Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

• 4 cups chocolate ice cream
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust

Recipe

• 1 in chilled bowl, stir ice cream until softened, not melted.
• 2 mix in mini marshmallows.
• 3 put mixture into pie shell, making sure to spread evenly.
• 4 cover then freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
• 5 let stand at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before slicing/.
• 6 top with warmed hot fudge ice cream and marshmallows.
• 7 top with whipped cream. (optional).
