S'mores Brulee Over Ice Cream

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 sheet graham cracker, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons miniature marshmallows
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Recipe

  • 1 scoop ice cream into a small ramekin and smoosh down so it is flat.
  • 2 make a layer from the graham cracker crumbs.
  • 3 make a layer from the chocolate chips and marshmallows. if the chips aren't tiny, crush them down so they will melt easier.
  • 4 hit the mixture briefly with your torch on its lowest setting to start melting the chips, be careful not to burn the marshmallows.
  • 5 cover this with vanilla ice cream. it took me about two tbs to do this, use as little as you can get away with to make a complete layer. this layer will prevent everything below it from scalding during the next step.
  • 6 cover with a light layer of sugar.
  • 7 caramelize the top layer with your torch on a low setting.
