S'mores Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- Servings: 9
- 3 cups 2% low-fat milk
- 1 (6 ounce) package jell-o chocolate pudding and pie filling (not instant)
- 9 whole honey maid reduced-fat honey graham crackers, coarsely broken
- 1 cup jet puffed miniature marshmallow
- 2 ounces baker's semi-sweet chocolate baking squares, chopped
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 pour milk into large bowl.
- 3 add pudding mix.
- 4 beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.
- 5 spread graham pieces in lightly greased 9" square baking dish.
- 6 pour pudding mixture over grahams.
- 7 bake 20 minutes.
- 8 sprinkle evenly with marshmallows and chocolate chunks.
- 9 bake an additional 10 minutes.
- 10 remove from oven.
- 11 let stand 10 minutes before serving.
