S'mores Bread Pudding

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 9
  • 3 cups 2% low-fat milk
  • 1 (6 ounce) package jell-o chocolate pudding and pie filling (not instant)
  • 9 whole honey maid reduced-fat honey graham crackers, coarsely broken
  • 1 cup jet puffed miniature marshmallow
  • 2 ounces baker's semi-sweet chocolate baking squares, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 pour milk into large bowl.
  • 3 add pudding mix.
  • 4 beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.
  • 5 spread graham pieces in lightly greased 9" square baking dish.
  • 6 pour pudding mixture over grahams.
  • 7 bake 20 minutes.
  • 8 sprinkle evenly with marshmallows and chocolate chunks.
  • 9 bake an additional 10 minutes.
  • 10 remove from oven.
  • 11 let stand 10 minutes before serving.
