Safari Beef Chili Fry

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs chopped beef (or anything else you shot on safari)
  • 4 fluid ounces evaporated milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 fluid ounces tomato juice
  • 2 fluid ounces lemon juice
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 4 fluid ounces oil

Recipe

  • 1 sauté the onions in a saucepan, and then add garlic powder, curry powder, chili powder, black pepper and coconut.
  • 2 add the beef and sauté until the meat browns.
  • 3 add the evaporated milk, water, tomato juice and lemon juice and simmer for 20 minutes.
