Safari Beef Chili Fry

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 lbs chopped beef (or anything else you shot on safari)
- 4 fluid ounces evaporated milk
- 2 cups water
- 4 fluid ounces tomato juice
- 2 fluid ounces lemon juice
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 4 fluid ounces oil
Recipe
- 1 sauté the onions in a saucepan, and then add garlic powder, curry powder, chili powder, black pepper and coconut.
- 2 add the beef and sauté until the meat browns.
- 3 add the evaporated milk, water, tomato juice and lemon juice and simmer for 20 minutes.
