Sack Apple Pie

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 9" unbaked pie shell
  • 3 -4 large baking apples
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for filling)
  • 2 tablespoons flour (for filling)
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup flour

Recipe

  • 1 pare, core and quarter apples, then halve quarters crosswise to make 7 cups of chunks.
  • 2 place in large bowl.
