Ingredients

- 1 liter orange juice
- 1 liter ginger
- 750 ml sparkling grape juice
- 1 cup passion fruit pulp
- 1 (400 g) can crushed pineapple
- syrup
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon mixed spice
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 4 cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 syrup: boil all ingredients together for 15 minutes allow to cool completely. chill.
- 2 combine syrup, fruit and juices in a punch bowl. serve.
