Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 2 cups fresh curds
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon rose syrup (or more if desired)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 10 -12 crushed ice cubes
- 10 -12 drops vanilla essence
Recipe
- 1 put all the ingredients in a blender.
- 2 blend until smooth and frothy.
- 3 serve chilled in tall glasses.
- 4 vary the flavour by substituting rose for pineapple.
- 5 add very finely chopped pieces of fruit, if desired.
