Rose Lassi

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups fresh curds
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rose syrup (or more if desired)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 10 -12 crushed ice cubes
  • 10 -12 drops vanilla essence

Recipe

  • 1 put all the ingredients in a blender.
  • 2 blend until smooth and frothy.
  • 3 serve chilled in tall glasses.
  • 4 vary the flavour by substituting rose for pineapple.
  • 5 add very finely chopped pieces of fruit, if desired.
