Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 ounces roquefort cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 2 tablespoons dry white
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a wire whisk until blended.
- 2 cover and chill.
- 3 serve over salad greens.
