Ingredients

- 75 g roquefort cheese
- 30 g walnuts
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch paprika
Recipe
- 1 crush cheese with fork.
- 2 grind walnuts to a fine powder in processor.
- 3 add the cheese and mix together in processor.
- 4 pour in the oil very slowly, as if making mayonnaise, until a thick sauce is achieved.
- 5 season well and stir in the paprika.
