Root Float Pie

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) carton reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed and divided
  • 3/4 cup root , cold diet
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 (1 2/3 ounce) box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
  • maraschino cherry (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 set aside and refrigerate 1/2 cup whipped topping for garnish.
  • 2 in a large bowl, whisk the root , milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes.
  • 3 fold in half of the remaining whipped topping.
  • 4 spread into graham cracker crust.
  • 5 spread remaining whipped topping over pie.
  • 6 refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  • 7 dollop reserved whipped topping over each serving.
  • 8 top with a maraschino cherry if desired.
