- 2 cornish hens
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix
- 1/3 cup catalina dressing
Recipe
- 1 place cornish hens into slow cooker.
- 2 combine apricot jam, onion soup mix and catalina salad dressing in a separate bowl.
- 3 spoon mixture over hens.
- 4 cook on low for 8 hours.
- 5 note: may substitute 1/2 tablespoon dry mustard for onion soup mix.
