Ingredients

- 4 sweet potatoes
- 2 heads garlic, tips removed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- thyme
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 peel and halve sweet potatoes.
- 2 toss together with garlic, oil and a few sprigs of fresh thyme or 1 tsp of dried thyme. salt & pepper.
- 3 cook in roaster with lamb roast.
