Roasted Root Vegetables

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 4 parsnips
  • 1 medium turnip
  • 6 carrots
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven at 400 degrees.
  • 2 peel all vegetables .
  • 3 slice sweet potatoes into wedges.
  • 4 slice parsnips and carrots into quarters if large enough if not than halves.
  • 5 when slicing turnip pay attention to the size and shapes of your other vegetables and slice it accordingly.
  • 6 place all vegetables into a large bowl.
  • 7 coat with olive oil and sea salt.
  • 8 place in a large baking pan lined with aluminum foil.
  • 9 place in oven and bake for 35 minutes. this time may change depending if you are using fresh vegetables or frozen and the thickness of your vegetables.
  • 10 keep an eye on them. when they are done you can insert your fork in them easily.
  • 11 enjoy.
