Ingredients

- 2 sweet potatoes
- 4 parsnips
- 1 medium turnip
- 6 carrots
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven at 400 degrees.
- 2 peel all vegetables .
- 3 slice sweet potatoes into wedges.
- 4 slice parsnips and carrots into quarters if large enough if not than halves.
- 5 when slicing turnip pay attention to the size and shapes of your other vegetables and slice it accordingly.
- 6 place all vegetables into a large bowl.
- 7 coat with olive oil and sea salt.
- 8 place in a large baking pan lined with aluminum foil.
- 9 place in oven and bake for 35 minutes. this time may change depending if you are using fresh vegetables or frozen and the thickness of your vegetables.
- 10 keep an eye on them. when they are done you can insert your fork in them easily.
- 11 enjoy.
