Ingredients
- 8 cups roma tomatoes, halved
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, toss tomatoes with oil, salt and pepper.
- 2 spread on a baking sheet and roast at 400* for 20-30 minutes, stirring after the first 10 minutes.
- 3 let cool until thickened.
