Roasted Red Potato Wedges

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 large red potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 boil potato wedges until tender.
  • 2 in 13 inch by 9 inch baking dish, add all ingredients, tossing to coat potatoes.
  • 3 bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned, turning potatoes half way through cooking time.
