Sesame Marinade

Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leave
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 1/3 cup red vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 7 tablespoons dry
Recipe
- 1 put the ginger, thyme and garlic in a blender. whizz for about 20 seconds until everything is chopped to a paste.
- 2 add the sesame oil and vinegar. pulse to mix everything together.
- 3 pour the contents of the blender into a bowl, stir in the olive oil and and your marinade is ready!
