Sesame Marinade

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leave
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1/3 cup red vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 7 tablespoons dry

Recipe

  • 1 put the ginger, thyme and garlic in a blender. whizz for about 20 seconds until everything is chopped to a paste.
  • 2 add the sesame oil and vinegar. pulse to mix everything together.
  • 3 pour the contents of the blender into a bowl, stir in the olive oil and and your marinade is ready!
