Sesame Broccoli

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli (peel the stems before chopping)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. saute broccoli and sesame seeds for 2 minutes. stir in bell pepper and soy sauce and cook 2 to 3 minutes, until pepper is tender crisp.
