- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cups chopped broccoli (peel the stems before chopping)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. saute broccoli and sesame seeds for 2 minutes. stir in bell pepper and soy sauce and cook 2 to 3 minutes, until pepper is tender crisp.
