Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro (i even used the stems)
- 1 serrano chili (seeds included)
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 -3 limes, juice of
- 2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
- salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 put all in a food processor and process to a somewhat smooth consistency. adjust seasonings to taste and chill overnight.
